Terence Milton, founder of Northern Case Supplies, and still very much involved in the business, has been committed to servicing industries with high quality timber pallets and packaging for over 30 years. NCS has developed into a successful family business operating from 2 manufacturing sites based in Merseyside.

NCS was originally formed to serve Merseyside and surrounding areas with quality refurbished and repaired timber pallets.  Today, our used (reclaimed) pallet division is still a very important part of our service. Following continuous expansion, and customer demand, our new pallets division developed and has resulted in the in the installation of two fully automated pallet production lines. In addition to the automated pallet manufacture, we have retained our bespoke production facility enabling us to have the flexibility to design and build pallets for that every application.

Recognising the need to offer a comprehensive timber packaging service, our Export Packaging & Cases division was a natural extension of our dedication to our customers.  Our expertise has enabled us to design, create and pack some extraordinary products for all corners of the globe.

The increasing importance of recycling and packaging waste regulations led us to develop our Timber Waste Management division. It offers support not only to our clients by recycling their timber waste but also aids our own on site housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
